Coley & Associates awarded contract to support the
Veterans Affairs (VA) Learning University (VALU) training effort to
develop, deliver, and maintain end-user’ and administrator’s knowledge
of the Talent Management System (TMS).
(San Antonio, TX – September 23, 2013) – The VA awarded Coley &
Associates a three-year contract valued up to $1.6 million to build,
update and maintain training programs as well as develop and report on
performance-based assessments for the more than 414,000 TMS end users,
managers, and administrators. The VA TMS stores all related information
about education for VA employees that support the VA’s mission for the
Veterans Health Administration medical programs. Coley was selected
because of its deep understanding of the TMS and their ability to
deliver blended training programs on time and within budget.
