(San Antonio, TX – May 31, 2022) – The Department of Veterans Affairs
(VA) has awarded Coley & Associates, Inc. the Veterans Healthcare
Employee Education System (EES), Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and
Evaluate (ADDIE) eLearning Course Production FSS Multiple-Award Blanket
Purchase Agreement (BPA). This five-year BPA has an estimated value of
$6.9M.
Coley will produce web-based training courses conforming to SCORM
specifications and are compliant with VA Section 508 standards that
support VA clinical and non-clinical career fields, including accredited
courses for most health care professions such as medical, nursing,
pharmacy, social work, physician’s assistants, psychology, and
psychiatry.
Coley will use the industry standard ADDIE approach to instructional
design and industry best practices to produce engaging and effective
Web-Based Training that will be hosted on the VA’s Talent Management
System (TMS) and VHA TRAIN system.
