(San Antonio, TX – September 7, 2025) – The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Supply Chain Education & Talent Management (SCETM) Office awarded Coley a two-year Professional Development Program Support and Training contract.
The Supply Chain ecosystem within VHA is undergoing significant change, including dynamic strategic direction and funding. In this rapidly changing environment, SCETM must maintain the incredible learning and development momentum gained in recent years. SCETM requires a contractor that can sustain the momentum and do so in an agile way that bends and flexes with the changing priorities of leadership. The dynamic ecosystem requires the ability to leverage seasoned experts to design and build a complete curriculum, incorporating new direction, guidance, and tools while maintaining rigorous tracking and production capability to ensure SCETM continues to provide quality deliverables at the speed it is needed by the field.
Coley, along with its subcontractor, Supply Chain Vistas, has integrated our combined expertise in learning and development, supply chain best practices, and our years of experience working with VHA supply chain processes and supporting systems to deliver superior training services including the development of new FAQs, Lunch and Learns, Desktop and eLearning trainings, regular course content maintenance, and seamless registration, delivery, and certification process via Microsoft tools.
