(San Antonio, TX – April 4, 2020) – Coley was awarded an
Enterprise-Wide HR Mentoring Program Contract for the Defense Logistics
Agency (DLA). The Defense Logistics Agency is a combat support agency in
the United States Department of Defense with more than 26,000 civilian
and military personnel throughout the world.
Under the five-year contract, Coley will facilitate a virtual
mentoring portal and the coordination of a structured mentoring program
designed to enhance employee engagement through both in-residence and
virtual training forums to help improve employee personal
performance.
According to DLA, this contract is an important part of their
initiative to develop employees in a variety of group learning
experiences through a formal and situational mentoring partnership.
