(San Antonio, TX – September 11, 2025) – The Navy awarded Coley a five-year BPA to provide non-technical training on a wide variety of topics to Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) personnel.
The primary objective of this contract is for NAVFAC employees to increase their proficiency and gain knowledge in non-technical employee competencies. Coley will provide in person and virtual instructor-led non-technical competency-based training at various locations across both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) NAVFAC locations.
Coley has been awarded multiple task orders on the BPA to provide both in-person and virtual training on a variety of topics including Political Savvy, Systems Thinking, and Strategic Thinking.
This contract is just one more way Coley supports our armed services personnel. Over its 25-year history Coley has supported the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines with workforce development, mentoring, and training solutions.
