(San Antonio, TX – September 30, 2022) – The Department of Veterans
Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) National Center for
Patient Safety (NCPS) has awarded a two-year contract to Coley to
support the development of a training platform and course modules that
form the foundation of an extended portfolio of course work designed to
assist the Patient Safety Professionals (PSP) in their career
development.
Coley will help VHA develop asynchronously available courses, learner
assessments, and program evaluations that support professional
development programs that are essential in increasing employee retention
and job satisfaction.
Coley’s solid reputation within VA providing innovative training,
leadership development, and mentoring solutions was instrumental in
being selected. Over the past 15 years, Coley has delivered over 100
projects across more than 20 VA organizations that included the design,
development, delivery, evaluation, and management of instructor-led,
web-based, and virtual instructor-led courses, which gives us
significant, current, and relevant experience.
