(San Antonio, TX – September 15, 2024) – The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Human Capital Services Center (HCSC) awarded Coley & Associates a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to deliver Virtual Instructor Led Webinars to the Department’s 40,000+ supervisors,
and other leaders. Coley has provided over 200 virtual instructor led webinars to VA HCSC since 2021.
VA HCSC leverages a virtual instruction environment featuring a live instructor delivering materials live to people in a synchronous learning
event designed to simulate the traditional classroom or learning experience to facilitate learning and development of skills and to mimic
effective, evidence-based training that occurs in a classroom.
Coley supports HCSC through its extensive catalog of webinar topics and a network of industry experts as presenters. In addition to the
presenter, Coley supports each webinar with a facilitator who assists the presenter with questions from participants and conducting polls.
Each webinar typically has up to 1000 participants.
