support Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) program offices by providing
critical market-based skills that augment the internal activities of the
program offices.
Under the $25B, ten-year, Veteran Enterprise Contracting for
Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR) IDIQ contract, Coley
and its partners will provide a broad range of professional services
that support VA’s efforts to transform its operations to meet current
and future VA needs while continuing to support United States Veterans,
their families and caregivers.
VECTOR covers a broad range of general management and business
support services and solutions across several functional areas, to
include Management, Oversight and Improvement; Analysis; Training
efforts; Outreach and Communications; HR and Staffing Support; and
Supply Chain Planning and Support.
